 My address isn't working when trying to checkout, now what?
We can ship anywhere in the world. If the shipping option you need is not showing as available, please let us know.

I am not able to enter in my discount code when ordering, can you help?
If for some reason you were unsuccessful in applying your discount code, we are be happy to help. Just reach out to us with the order number found on your receipt and we will credit you the difference within 3-5 business days.

Why was my order declined?
Orders can be declined for multiple reasons. Common reasons orders are declined is because the card being used is expired, or the charge is more than your credit limit. Incorrect billing information can also result in an automatically declined transaction, please be sure all details have been entered completely, and correctly. If you are sure there are enough funds in your account and your banking details are correct, we recommend you call your bank.


Do you offer a money back guarantee?
If your piece is returned within 30 days and is undamaged, you will receive a full refund. During the life of your piece of jewelry, if it is determined there was a manufacturing defect, we will replace or fix the piece free of charge.

What if it's been more than 30 days?
As long as the piece is unused, there is no damage, and is has not been longer than 30 days from original date of purchase, you may request a return. If it has been longer than 30 days, you can exchange your item for another item of equal value. Please allow 2 business days for a response.

Do you charge tax when shipping to First Nations communities?
As long as the shipping address is on First Nations land and a status card number from the purchaser is provided, there will be no tax.

Are there gift cards available?
We offer gift cards that can be electronically sent at any time. Please note, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Click here to view our gift card options.

What metals are used in the jewelry?
We use only the highest quality of metals in our jewelry. All pieces are .925 silver or gold, and all metals are nickel free. Each piece has a hallmark stamp telling the exact purity.

What if I don't know my ring size?
We recommend you go to your local jewelry store and have your finger professionally measured. You can also print off a ring measurement chart on the internet. If you do, use a ruler to be sure that the print out is precise.

Do you offer custom orders?
We do custom orders and work closely with our customers from the design stage, all the way to stone selection. We offer personal engraved messages used as keepsakes, and also offer professional organizational gifting options and logo creation. Click here to book a consultation for your custom jewelry order.

How long does it take to create a custom piece of jewelry?
We need a 5 - 6 week lead time for all custom orders. If rush orders can be accommodated, there will be a 20% surcharge charge.

Is there wholesale pricing available?
